R. Jonathan Stolz

R. Jonathan Stolz, CFA has been engaged as a consultant to the Company since February, 2008. Mr. Stolz has over 8 years experience in mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions and is identifying and screening potential targets as well as assisting with due diligence, transaction structuring, and documentation for our initial business combination. Prior to working with Capitol Acquisition Corporation, Mr. Stolz was a Vice President in the Technology, Media & Telecom Investment Banking Group of FBR Capital Markets. While at FBR Capital Markets, Mr. Stolz was responsible for originating and executing public and private offerings of securities and mergers and acquisitions assignments for client companies. Prior to FBR Capital Markets, he was a Senior Manager at Intelsat, Ltd. focusing on mergers & acquisitions and corporate investments resulting in closed investments worth over $1.2 billion. Prior to Intelsat, Ltd., Mr. Stolz was a Senior Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers Financial Advisory Services Group focusing on valuation and corporate restructuring. Mr. Stolz is a CFA charterholder, earned his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, and is a graduate of Providence College.
