Piyush Sodha

Piyush Sodha has served as a member of our Board of Directors since our inception. Mr. Sodha is currently the Co—Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kastle Systems International, a leading provider of building and office security systems. Prior to Kastle Systems International, he served as Chief Technical Officer and head of the Americas Region for MACH S.á.r.l., a leading global provider of clearing and settlement services for the mobile phone industry. Mr. Sodha previously served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cibernet Corporation which merged into MACH in April 2007. Prior to that, he was a General Manager and Vice President of Symbol Technologies, Inc., a company which acquired Matrics, Inc. Mr. Sodha had served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Matrics, Inc., which was a leading provider of RFID technology solutions and infrastructure products. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sodha had served as Chief Executive Officers of WirelessHome, NextLinx Corp and LCC International, a Nasdaq listed provider of integrated network design, implementation and optimization solutions for wireless voice and data communication networks which went public under his leadership in 1996. Mr. Sodha is a director of Vision Chain, a data mining company serving the retail industry. Mr. Sodha received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from India Institute of Technology in New Delhi, India, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and an M.B.A. from Wharton Business School.
